The Blocque Group Business Plan & Prospectus

Primary Objective:

Our primary objective is to produce “Better than Organic Gourmet Food” or “Food with Healing in Mind”. To do this requires a knowledge of the Earth’s electromagnetic fields, supplying all of the soil minerals needed by man and beast, using natural water treatment methods, and by using correct soil bacteria cultures, in numbers and varieties, essential for good mineral metabolization.

Why We Started This Endeavor:

We started this endeavor in 2006 after learning that our food was missing most of the natural nutrition it was intended to have. I (John) have gardened and worked in a garden shop for most of my younger life. Despite this quasi healthy environment, I got sick and started gaining weight which I couldn’t control. Eventually, I discovered that the chemicals I was taught to use in gardening where toxic and most likely the cause of my failing health.

I started looking for a solution and in 2007 I found the path to it. For the next 10 years I studied nutrition and natural remedies; but, I lacked the health and finances to act on what I’d learned. Finally, after developing stage 4 congestive heart failure (CHF). This gave me limited “Disability Benefit” funds to work toward implementing my nutritional recovery.

I have come from being bed ridden to being able to shower, dress, walk to the car, drive it to the store, shop, and return home without assistance. I beat the viral bug, even though I’m still obese and theoretically disabled with CHF. I achieved this level of healing without relaying on drugs or surgery. As my health improves I’m expecting my “fat, edema, and inflammation weight” to drop off as my muscle weight returns.

Our Plan:

Is to use my 10 years of study to heal myself and aid my family, relatives, and anyone else that has health issues by creating environments to produce more natural nutrient dense food. These environments started with this website and hopefully will end with a fully functional natural educational farm. We plan on selling information and products so that others can get their health granting gardens growing. This will be followed by selling fresh “Better than Organic” garden produce ourselves as a marketing tool to building neighborhood stores. Eventually, we see “Home Based Retail Store and Aquaponic Greenhouse Centers“. We plan for the placing of these “Centers” every few city blocks (or more) capable of recycling yard waste and garbage, producing highly nutritious food, and supplying a basic ethanol fuel. These, of course, are to be followed by a complete natural nutrition educational farm.

Our Mission:

The “Blocque Store” concept is a conglomerate of small businesses designed to embody self-reliance in neighborhood communities. Its missions are to;

• Offer training in “Aquaponics and Food Nutrition”, “Recycling Carbon Based Household Waste”, “Bee Keeping”, and “Building Neighborhood Self-Reliance”.

• Redress houses left empty in local neighborhoods.

• Produce and sell highly nutritious fresh garden produce, trout, chickens, chicken eggs, rabbits, feathers, pelts, honey, and ethanol fuel.

• Offer a retail outlet network to craftsmen and women specializing in handmade products and services.

• Create inter-neighborhood trust while increasing neighborhood wide intrinsic value.

• Lastly, reduce government reliance and reduce the need for national healthcare with wholesome nutrient dense food.

Keys to Success:

Fully realized success revolves around the following;

• Satisfying governmental agencies with appropriate taxes, licenses, mandates, and fees.

• The ability to find people looking for local self-reliance and able to invest time, land and cash.

• The implementation of independent contractors (members) to reduce overall taxes on the Group.

• The successful utilization of trace minerals infused into composting and aquaponic systems to balance overall pH at optimal levels for both animals and crops.

• Designing tanks, garden beds, and other systems based on natural methods to maximize food production and reduce maintenance.

• Finding houses with adequate yards and basements in interested neighborhoods at reasonable cost.

• Attracting local craftsmen and women.

• Ramping up finances by selling modular aquaponicly adaptable components, fresh foods, advance memberships, and advance franchise memberships.

Company Summary:

The core of the company revolves around establishing the business structures necessary to manage resources and oversee finances. The company as planed will consist of five parts a "Holding Company S-corp"(BLOCQUE GROUP CORP), a “Website Management Company C-corp”(TAYLORING CLUB INC), a "Leasing Company LLC"(TBA), a “Research & Designing S-corp”(TBA), and a "Human Resource S-corp"(TBA) all designated as “The Blocque Group”. The “BLOCQUE GROUP CORP” will furnish business education, trade association, and micro business grants. “TAYLORING CLUB INC” will serve our computer, website, and online marketing needs. The "Leasing Company LLC" will hold all real property for the Group. The “Research & Designing S-corp” will be used to establish a lab for testing and disseminating pertinent technologies reducing start up research and capital for the trade association members. The "Human Resource S-corp" will manage employing of personnel, contracting Independent & Sub Contractors, and maintaining Franchisees.

The components of the Blocque Group are:

• An internet and intranet-work of individual storefront web based marketing and product tracking websites with local membership point of sales capability.

• A local house based storefront with living quarters, a small sales floor, possible cafe, carbon waste based recycling center, ethanol fuel still, chicken coop, rabbit pen, fish tank, bee hive, and aquaponic green house with garden beds.

• Network of yard and garden workers

• Network of participating neighborhood gardens

• Development and implementation of natural food preservation and enhancement technologies.

• Network of participating local small businesses.

The Group makes money by investing in renewable commodities, membership fees, franchise fees, resale commissions, and fresh produce, herb, and fish sales to the public. Through the purchasing of raw materials the Group uses in-house manufacturing of all needed equipment for the recycling of carbon based waste, nutrition, and fuels. Essentially, the Group will attempt to limit the demand for outside dependencies. As for the members, the Group serves as a resource and talent pool and supply depot distributed in local groups inside local communities.

Company Ownership:

John Taylor and family intend to maintain the controlling portion of the “BLOCQUE GROUP CORP”. However, equity shares will be offered to Key Advisers as warranted. The “BLOCQUE GROUP CORP” owns controlling shares of the “TAYLORING CLUB INC” however as a C-corp “Common Shares” may become available. The Group intends to own or control all other business entities it requires as it grows. Associate organizations and businesses aren't counted in these numbers. Our point is to maintain a structure by which all members, affiliates, and franchisees are able to function.

Start-up Summary:

The “BLOCQUE GROUP CORP” (being a coalition of businesses and people) isn't seeking mere financial capital. The Group's success will require local neighbors willing to put time, materials, and property into this opportunity for self-reliance. The goal is to attract moral people that would like control over their own food and basic needs; Thus relieving the Federal Government and national corporations of the burden of their charge.

In operation the Group must charge a membership or a franchise fee to satisfy the Group's taxes and expenses. Unlike a normal business the Group can receive the membership fees in the form of work contracts and land usage contracts in exchange for food and products. After the Group satisfies all internal compensation contracts then the remainder of the products and produce will be sold to the community in general under Federal and Local regulations (not all of the products produced may legally be sold openly). All funds received will be applied to paying Group taxes, bills and acquiring Group resources. This Group isn't in business to collect currency but to establish a renewable food and resource cashing avenue for it's members and partners.

That being said, the Group is looking for people willing to invest time, land, materials, and cash. Each contract will be negotiated on the current fair market value (in dollars) of the labor, materials, usage, product, or produce involved. Once a contract has been established the renewing of said contract may rely on inter-Group barter. If our national currency is devalued the value of our products and produce will appear to increase. To maintain order and function in the Group barter an alternative currency may be used inside the Group if necessary.

The Group will not consider paying interest in any form internal or external. Demanding interest on any perceived debit is grounds for Group dismissal. Interest is a tax above the fair value of an item and outside the upper limit of all fixed currencies. Since more interest can be charged than a currency's total value, it's a tool used only to enslave populations to money handlers and will not be entertained.

Conclusion:

This is an ambitious production. I can eventually do it myself. However, it’s comprised of attainable rungs for anyone that would like to also benefit from it to work with us.
